How much will I get paid?

Pay rates vary based off the client that you select however the hourly pay ranges between $10-$22 per hour.

How long is training?

Certification training duration will be determined by the client you pick however the training is typically as little as 2-6 weeks with 4 hours days.

Is training paid?

Training is unpaid unless you the agent are taking active live calls during the training.

Are there any extra fees to work?

You have one upfront fee which is your $30 background check fee paid after onboarding

All other fees are Service Fees that are taken out of your paycheck every payroll.

How soon can I get paid ?

Depending on how fast you onboard and after training, you can see you first check in as little as a month. Payout is Biweekly.

Is equipment provided ?

Equipment is not provided but we do provide resources to purchase discounted, refurbished & financing laptops, desktops & all other equipment needed to begin work. Link here to see resources!

How long is the process to begin working ?

Application process is immediate.

Orientation is around 10-12 minutes

Scheduled onboarding meeting is 1 hour

Agent Onboarding can take a few days to a week for background check to pass

Training is 2-6 weeks

After these steps you can begin working.
